The Second chapter of Arcana sees the resurgence of The Major Arcana, six prodigies who have come to take their revenge against the Academy after being sealed away for over 40 years.

During 1979, six incredibly gifted students formed a secret society within the Academy known as The Major Arcana.
Before their rise to power they drew magic from a darker Arcane, the darkness. This magic was considered forbidden and outlawed from the Academy in 1965. In their rise to power, they utilised this darkness to steal the source from other students. Turning them into the Unaspected, those who once were magical but lost their abilities.
In 1980, The Major Arcana were considered a grave threat and in the Academy's darkest year - the school emerged victorious, Archmage Minerva created an arcane seal which banished the six into a void.
The seal would remain so long as Minerva was alive. In present day, 2025 saw the passing of Archmage Minerva and the seal weakening.
The Major Arcana have returned.
