These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Phoenix Ultra Bet System (“the Bet System”).
By placing a bet, participants (“the Player/Players”) confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below.
Phoenix Nights reserves the right to amend or suspend the Bet System or these terms at any time.

The Phoenix Ultra Bet System allows participants to place wagers on approved in-game events, matches, and/or tournaments.
Phoenix Nights oversees the betting process, calculates winnings, and ensures compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
All wagers placed through the Bet System are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

The Bet System operates using the Parimutuel Pool System.
All bets placed on a specific event are collected into a shared pool.
Once the event concludes, the total pool, minus Phoenix Nights’ rake, is divided among Players who placed winning bets.
Each winning Player receives their original bet back, plus a share of the losing bets after rake deduction.
Odds are not fixed and will fluctuate dynamically as bets are placed.
Once a bet is placed, no alterations or withdrawals can be made.
Once the betting window closes, no new bets are permitted.
This structure ensures that payouts are determined by the final pool distribution and event results, rather than pre-set odds.

Phoenix Nights applies a rake of 10% to each betting pool.
The rake is applied only to losing bets before winnings are calculated.
The rake shall contribute to administrative costs, payout handling, and event operations.
Phoenix Nights reserves the right to adjust the rake percentage at its discretion, and any such changes will be announced prior to the start of an event.

When placing a bet, the Player acknowledges that:
1 - All bets are final once placed.
2 - No alterations, adjustment, or withdrawals can be made after a bet is submitted.
3 - Odds may change dynamically during the betting period.
4 - The Player is responsible for ensuring that each bet is properly submitted for the intended event, and outcome.
Phoenix Nights reserves the right to void or amend bets the event of clear administrative error or breach of the rules.
Except in exceptional circumstances determined by Phoenix Nights, no refunds, alterations, or cancellations will be made once a bet is placed.

Phoenix Nights is not responsible for any of the following circumstances:
1 - Match throwing, manipulation, or intentional losses
2 - No-shows, substitutions*, or participant delays
3 - Errors made by participants when placing bets
4 - Requests to cancel or adjust bets after placement
5 - Variable odds, which are inherent to Parimutuel systems
*Substitutions may occur only upon express confirmation from Phoenix Nights, prior to the opening of the betting window and the start of the match.
Changes to event structures fall within Phoenix Nights’ remit, though emergency modifications may occur to facilitate the continuity of events.
Phoenix Nights’ liability is limited strictly to administrative accuracy in processing bets and payouts.

Once the result of an event is declared, it is considered final.
If an event is cancelled before it begins, Phoenix Nights may refund all bets or void the pool entirely.
If an event starts but cannot be completed, Phoenix Nights will determine whether to void the match or settle it based on available information.
In cases of internal miscalculation or clerical error, Phoenix Nights will correct and reissue payouts where appropriate.
Phoenix Nights’ decision in all settlement and dispute matters is final.

Betting within the Bet System is designed for in-game entertainment and community engagement only.
Players must treat all outcomes as part of the event experience.
Players are encouraged to never wager more than they are comfortable losing.
Players are encouraged to take breaks and seek support as part of responsible play.
The Bet System uses only in-game or event-specific currency and is not linked to real-world money.

Phoenix Nights maintains accurate records of:
All bets placed and corresponding amounts
Total pool sizes and rake deductions
Final payout calculations
These records may be reviewed internally to verify fairness.
Players may request confirmation of general results but may not access full internal accounting or private betting data.

Phoenix Nights may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Updates take effect immediately upon publication in official Phoenix Nights communications (such as Discord or event forums).
Players are responsible for reviewing the latest version before engaging in future betting.
